Comments:  Meet Ms. Rosalee....she is a sassy, young lady who fortunately came across the right back porch and was taken into safety.  We don't know where Rosalee came from or how she ended up on the streets (she won't tell us!) but oh boy is she THRILLED to be in her foster home!  She plays with the energy of a kitten and loves to cuddle.  A super sweetheart of a girl!
