PAWS Chicago in the News

PAWS on Television
CBS Chicago is a great supporter of PAWS Chicago's mission to end the killing of homeless pets, featuring a PAWS representative and a homeless cat or dog every Sunday morning between 6:00 and 7:00 am. Each segment highlights a different pet related topic, from puppy training, cat/dog behavior problems, and pet safety to larger animal welfare issues such as dog fighting and pet overpopulation. Each week features a PAWS Chicago homeless dog or cat awaiting his or her new forever family. Thank you CBS Chicago, for helping many homeless pets find loving homes and educating the public about these important issues!

When Chicago area radio stations run Public Service Announcements from PAWS Chicago, such as the segment from 100.3 LOVE fm, they help PAWS Chicago lead the way towards making Chicago a no-kill city. We’ve added this new “PAWS in the News” radio section to share with you these announcements, as well as radio interviews on a variety of topics related to PAWS Chicago’s work to place homeless dogs and cats, provide services through Chicagoland’s largest free or low-cost spay/neuter clinic serving the communities in greatest need, and reach out to the community to ensure better care and treatment of pets.
