Naya's Story
Naya is the biggest softie in Chi-Town! Naya is a large and sweet-natured, very friendly girl, who loves people, playing fetch, going outside, and meeting other dogs! She is also a ‘stick and tennis ball aficionado’ who loves a good walk and exploring what’s going on around her. Naya’s foster says she especially loves to be involved with whatever you’re doing: Fixing the car? Naya will “volunteer to help”, as long as she can get paid in treats!!
Naya is still a puppy, so can be energetic, but she’s also very food motivated, so training with her is a blast, she’s smart as a tack, so just have those treats ready! Naya is also housetrained, great walking on a leash, and is crate trained; she’s fine being left alone, loves napping in the sun, and snuggling with her face smooshed under a blanket, in fact she is just an all-round wonderful girl!

Join us for our Spring Adopt-A-Thon from May 3rd-11th at our Lincoln Park Adoption Center (1997 N. Clybourn Ave)! We will be extending our hours and adding appointments to help many homeless pets find their families this spring. All animals with the "Spring AAT" banner will be at our adoption center ready to meet you! Please note that the adoption fee still applies.
If you are interested in adopting this pet, there are a few steps you must complete before scheduling an appointment at our Lincoln Park Adoption Center:
- Please start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they are a good fit for your home.
- After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.
- Finally, schedule an appointment at our Lincoln Park Adoption Center! During your appointment, you will be able to meet all currently-adoptable animals at our Lincoln Park Adoption Center.
Adoption Process
All PAWS Chicago dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have up-to-date shots based on age and arrival date.
