The mission of the PAWS Chicago
Professional Board is to raise funds, via a variety of fundraising
events, which will help support PAWS Chicago’s programs --
The Lurie Family Spay/Neuter Clinic, innovative adoption and
humane education/community outreach programs.
As a Professional Board member you will play an integral part in
the planning of the many exciting fundraising events, which
have a direct impact on helping save lives of thousands of
homeless cats and dogs in Chicago.

Membership
A place on the Professional Board is open to anyone who wants
to join and can fulfill the following two membership
requirements:
Payment of Membership Dues
Professional Board members are required to pay $50 in membership
dues per calendar year. Please

Attendance at Professional Board Meetings
Members are asked to attend two out of four meetings per
calendar year:
- Tuesday, January 8
- Tuesday, June 17
- Wednesday, September 10
- Thursday, December 11
Additionally, we offer two evenings for the Professional
Board to volunteer and socialize at the Adoption Center:
- Thursday, March 20
- Wednesday, August 13

- Viva PAWS Vegas
Where: A private Gold Coast Club
When: Friday, June 13 at 6:30 p.m.
Why: Viva PAWS Vegas is a casino night
and poker tournament to raise money for Chicago's
homeless pets. More exciting details will follow soon!
