Junior Volunteer Opportunities
If you’re 12–17 years old and have a passion for animals, you can make an impact on the lives of homeless pets. Join PAWS JV and help give PAWS pets a clean, safe, loving environment while volunteering alongside a parent or guardian.
Shifts are available weekdays and weekends at our Pippen Fasseas Adoption Center in Lincoln Park or the PAWS Chicago Medical Center & Lurie Clinic in Little Village.
Sign up today and we’ll invite you to a virtual PAWS JV orientation where you’ll learn all about changing lives as a volunteer.
Please note:
- Each child (ages 12–17) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Each parent and child will sign a Waiver of Liability.
- Each parent/child will attend a virtual orientation followed by in-person training on PAWS Chicago policies, procedures, and guidelines.
