1.      How long have you been volunteering with PAWS Chicago? What originally drew you to the organization?

I began volunteering 2 years ago.  I love animals and chose PAWS because I believe in the work they do.

2.      Which PAWS Chicago programs/areas do you volunteer in and why?

I am a level 2 dog volunteer at the PAWS North Shore Adoption Center.

3.      Do you have a favorite experience or memory from your time volunteering?

My favorite part of volunteering is at the conclusion of each adoption.  I enjoy seeing the happiness and excitement in both the animals and people when they come together as new families.

4.      What motivates you to continue volunteering with PAWS Chicago?

I want to continue to help animals find loving homes for their benefit as well as to enrich the lives of the people who adopt them.

5.      Do you have any advice for someone who is considering becoming a volunteer?

I strongly encourage people who love animals to volunteer and help PAWS in its mission.
