Havana's Story
Big, Beautiful, Gentle Havana! She loves attention and will lean into you to get petted or just to let you know that she is always there for you. Ready for a walk? Havana knows the drill and will patiently allow herself to be leashed for the event. She enjoys sniffs and longer walks that allow her to show off her leash etiquette. Back home, this lady loves to relax on her stuffed bed!
She is housebroken and is comfortable alone at home for up to six hours with a check in by a friendly human. And please do not forget her daily Kong toy treat! Havana is ready for her new family. This affectionate girl would love to be your buddy, shadowing you as you move through your day. Are you are looking for a gentle canine companion? Do take a second look at Havana!

If you’re interested in adopting this pet, please complete the following steps:
1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!
2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.
3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.
Please note that while we can’t place holds on adoptable animals for your scheduled appointment, there are always plenty of homeless pets looking for a home! If you don’t meet the perfect pet, please feel free to complete a new Adoption Inquiry Form or visit our Adoption Center. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are recommended for a more efficient visit!
