Spyro's Story
There’s no denying that Spyro is one very handsome boy, but he isn’t one to get by on looks alone - this guy is super smart, too! Spyro would love to show off his skills in training classes with his future family. Long walks and playtime outside are in the running for Spyro’s favorite things, but it’s the squeaky toy that holds that top spot, and he loves to carry one on his walks!
Are you looking for an incredibly smart and energetic dog? Are you an experienced and confident dog handler used to strong, high-energy canines? Do you live in a low dog-traffic neighborhood and/or have a fenced yard? Spyro might be your guy!

If you’re interested in adopting this pet, please complete the following steps:
1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!
2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.
3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.
Please note that while we can’t place holds on adoptable animals for your scheduled appointment, there are always plenty of homeless pets looking for a home! If you don’t meet the perfect pet, please feel free to complete a new Adoption Inquiry Form or visit our Adoption Center. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are recommended for a more efficient visit!
