Scotch's Story
Type of Foster Home:
Scotch is a 4-year-old small breed dog that weighs around 14 pounds. He is extremely shy and will need a patient foster that is willing to allow him the time and space he needs to decompress in a home environment. Finding a home with other animals is recommended for him to succeed. He would do best with older kids or adults only in the home for now!
