If you’ve already visited our adoption center and have a printed copy of your application, bring it along! If not, you’ll complete an adoption application on-site in Carol Stream to be considered for adoption.
If you don’t meet the perfect pet at our adoption event, please schedule an adoption appointment to meet animals located at our Lincoln Park Adoption Center or complete a Foster Pet Adoption Inquiry Form for animals in a foster home.
