Bridgett's Story

Be prepared for your heart to melt! Big, beautiful tabby Bridgett enjoys laying on laps – you'll feel like you’re covered by a purring weighted blanket! After deciding you are her person, she will want to hang out with you wherever you are. Although playing isn’t a huge priority for her, she does enjoy catnip toys and hunting sunlight reflections moving on walls. Young children and other pets bring out her nervous, shy side, so she’d most likely prefer to live in a pet-free, adults-only home to be her best self.

Are you Bridgett’s new family? If you live in a pet-free, adults-only home and are willing to give her time to get to know you, she will reward you with loving companionship!

Meet Bridgett

Bridgett can’t wait to meet you!

If you’re interested in adopting this pet, please complete the following steps:

1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!

2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.

3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.

Please note that while we can’t place holds on adoptable animals for your scheduled appointment, there are always plenty of homeless pets looking for a home! If you don’t meet the perfect pet, please feel free to complete a new Adoption Inquiry Form or visit our Adoption Center. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are recommended for a more efficient visit!

Want another way to spend time with our adoptable (or soon-to-be-adoptable) pets? Consider fostering.
