3 SIMPLE STEPS TO MEET THIS PET:
Hooper's Story
Hooper, with his super unique spotted nose and puppy eyes, has been described as a shy guy, but nonetheless looks forward to finding someone he can trust, play, and lay with on a daily basis. Hooper has moderate energy and enjoys getting his daily exercise, whether that be through longer walks or a few runs each week. Hooper gets nervous in new environments, so he needs an owner that will be patient with him and give him time to adjust. Once that trust is built, Hooper is ready! He’s been living with another dog in foster and it has helped him so much! Hooper’s forever home needs a confident canine friend too!
Are you Hooper’s new family? Hooper would do best in a home with a private entrance that isn’t too noisy. He prefers to interact with older children. Hooper is able to be home alone for short periods of time, but would prefer if someone was there to check on him and provide him comfort every few hours! Hooper needs a home with a canine buddy. If you have a dog already and are looking to add to your pack- Hooper might be the right match!

If you’re interested in adopting this pet, please complete the following steps:
1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!
2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.
3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.
Please note that while we can’t place holds on adoptable animals for your scheduled appointment, there are always plenty of homeless pets looking for a home! If you don’t meet the perfect pet, please feel free to complete a new Adoption Inquiry Form or visit our Adoption Center. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are recommended for a more efficient visit!
Want another way to spend time with our adoptable (or soon-to-be-adoptable) pets? Consider fostering.
