Atlanta's Story
Atlanta is a warm, floppy, happy puppy says her former foster parent. She loves attention and will lean into you to get petted, scrubbed, hugged, and kissed. Give her a good head and body massage and watch her melt in your hands! For all her loving nature though, Atlanta likes to take her time to gain confidence around new people. When ready, she will put her nose out to say hello, especially if the visitor has a dog!
Fuzzy, squeaky toys and chew bones keep her busy. She gets her beauty sleep in her crate at night and wakes up fresh and ready for her morning walk! Calmer streets and quieter neighborhoods are her preferred walking areas. She handles car rides well and is ready to jump out for the next adventure! If left alone at home, she prefers the cozy security of her crate.

1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!
2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.
3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.
Please note that while we can’t place holds on adoptable animals for your scheduled appointment, there are always plenty of homeless pets looking for a home! If you don’t meet the perfect pet, please feel free to complete a new Adoption Inquiry Form or visit our Adoption Center. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are recommended for a more efficient visit!
