Shondra's Story

Shondra is a sweet girl hoping to find her forever home with you! Shondra can be a little shy with new people and situations at first, but with some gentle handling and a slower introduction she’ll soon feel right at home! She can be a bit unsure of unknown dogs but might enjoy having a doggy sibling if it’s a calmer, “socially-savvy” pup!

Shondra is housebroken, loves her food, and enjoys walks. Being a strong young lady, she would enjoy some further training, but as she is also very fond of being hand-fed treats, training Shondra will be easy-peasy!

Are you Shondra’s new family? If you’re looking for a sweet young dog to be part of your family, come and check out this lovely girl, she’s ready to give you all her love!

Meet Shondra

Shondra can’t wait to meet you!

If you’re interested in adopting this pet, please complete the following steps:

1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!

2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.

3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.

Please note that while we can’t place holds on adoptable animals for your scheduled appointment, there are always plenty of homeless pets looking for a home! If you don’t meet the perfect pet, please feel free to complete a new Adoption Inquiry Form or visit our Adoption Center. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are recommended for a more efficient visit!

Want another way to spend time with our adoptable (or soon-to-be-adoptable) pets? Consider fostering.
